- FANTASY CAKE 900g
- Eggs 500g
- SATIN CREAM-CAKE 500g
- Corn flour 100g
Preparation
Place the eggs, corn flour, and Fantasy Cake in a planetary mixer fitted with a whisk and mix at medium speed for 3–4 minutes. Incorporate the margarine and mix for another 5 minutes approximately. Pour the batter into the appropriate previously greased mold until ¾ full. Bake in a convection oven at 155–160°C or in a static oven at 175–180°C for about 30 minutes.
