- Antiquum 500g
- Flour 500g
- Salt 22g
- Extra virgin olive oil 50g
- Water 650g
- Brewer’s yeast 25g
Preparation
Knead all the ingredients except the salt for 5 minutes at low speed, then add the salt and continue kneading for another 5 minutes at high speed. Shape into a small loaf and let proof until doubled in size. Shape the breadsticks, place them on a baking tray, and let proof for about 60 minutes. Bake with initial steam.
