BREADSTICKS
Ingredients
- Tradizionale 1000g
- Water 450g
- Extra virgin olive oil 100g
- Brewer’s yeast 50g
Preparation
Knead all the ingredients for 5 minutes at low speed and another 5 minutes at high speed, until a uniform dough is obtained. Shape into a rectangular loaf 2 cm thick and brush the surface with oil. Cover with plastic film and let rest for 60 minutes. Cut into small strips and shape the breadsticks to the desired thickness. Spray with water and decorate with Cerealtop Scuro. Bake at 200°C for 10–15 minutes with steam.
