Whisk the Crystal Lilly, icing sugar, salt and flavourings to a foamy mixture. Meanwhile, add the milk with egg yolks. Add a spoonful of flour and a spoonful of egg yolks/milk, wait until incorporated and continue. If there is flour remaining, incorporate very slowly. Distribute using a pastry bag.
