Knead all of the ingredients except the salt for 5 minutes at a low speed. Add the salt and continue to knead for another 5 minutes at high speed. Form a baton and leave to rise until doubled in size. Form breadsticks and lay out on a baking tray. Leave to rise for around 60 minutes. Bake with initial steam.
