Whip Crystal Lilly, the powdered sugar, the salt, and the flavorings until a frothy mixture is obtained. Meanwhile, combine the milk with the egg yolk. Add one spoonful of flour and one spoonful of the yolk/milk mixture, wait for it to incorporate, and continue. If any flour remains at the end, add it gradually. Pipe using a pastry bag
