  • Kurkuchìa 1000g
  • Vegetable oil 20g

Preparation

Knead all the ingredients for 5 minutes at low speed and 5 minutes at high speed, or until a homogeneous dough is obtained. Let rest at room temperature for about 10–15 minutes. Divide, shape, and let proof in a chamber at 30°C and 75% relative humidity for 60–75 minutes. Bake as usual
