- CRYSTAL MELANGE CREAM-CAKE 250g
- Sugar 200g
- Whole eggs 80g
Preparation
Knead all the ingredients in a planetary mixer fitted with a hook until a uniform dough is obtained. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 2 mm. Line the appropriate basket mold. Bake in a static oven at 200°C for 12–14 minutes. Fill with creams and decorate with previously toasted hazelnuts coated with powdered coloring.
