- Water (40/50 °C) 1300g
Preparation
Mix the ingredients in a planetary mixer fitted with a paddle attachment for 3–4 minutes at medium speed, until a smooth and homogeneous dough is obtained. Shape as usual and fry in oil at 180°C for a few minutes, turning the product several times. Fill as desired.
