Ingredients
- FANTASY CAKE 1000g
- Eggs 450g
- Oil 400g
- Water 100g
Preparation
Place the eggs, water, and oil in a planetary mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Add Fantasy Cake and mix at medium speed for 3–4 minutes until a homogeneous batter is obtained. Pour into the appropriate previously greased mold and bake in a static oven at 175–180°C for 35–45 minutes. Fill and decorate with Rio Bitter Cacao.
