  • FANTASY CAKE 1000g
  • Water 220g
  • Vegetable oil 300g
  • Whole eggs 350g
  • Chopped walnuts 500g
  • Sahara gocce 850 200g

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in a stand mixer with the paddle attachment at low speed for 3–4 minutes. Pour 100 g of batter into the cupcake liners and bake in a rotor oven at 160°C for 25–27 minutes with steam injection.
