- Wheat flour W<220 500g
- CRYSTAL LILLY 400g
- Sugar 500g
- Eggs 200g
- Milk 500g
- Honey 20g
- Baking powder 15g
Preparation
Mix the sugar, honey, and margarine in a planetary mixer fitted with a whisk for a few minutes. Then add the eggs and milk and mix until a uniform mass is obtained. Add the flour, Farro, and baking powder, then mix until the dough is uniform. Pour the batter into the appropriate greased molds, filling them up to ¾ of their capacity. Decorate the surface as desired with brown sugar. Bake in a ventilated oven at 160–165°C or in a static oven at 180–185°C for 30 minutes.
