Ingredients
- PAN DI SPAGNA 50 150g
- Wheat flour 150g
- Sugar 300g
- Eggs 250g
- CRYSTAL LILLY 200g
- Water 50g
Preparation
In a planetary mixer fitted with a whisk, whip all the ingredients at high speed for about 10 minutes. Pour into previously greased molds (24 cm diameter). Sprinkle the surface with granulated sugar. Bake at 180°C for 25–30 minutes. Once baked, let cool and dust the surface with powdered sugar.
