hazelnut flour

icing sugar

Thoroughly mix the icing sugar and hazelnut flour. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a mixer with whisk. Whisk at medium speed. Spread out on a 60×40 baking tray and bake in a fan-assisted oven at 210°C for 8 minutes.
