Combine the mix and water in a mixer with kneader attachment for 3-4 minutes on medium speed, until the dough is smooth and even.

Place all of the filling ingredients in a small pan and cook until well combined. Once ready, cool and add to the fritter base. Shape as normal and fry in oil at 180°C for a few minutes, turning the product several times.
