A recently signed “technical sponsorship” agreement, brings together GLF, the modern and innovative brand of the Unigrà Group in the artisan bread-making and pastry segment, and the Etoile Academy Campus of Rossano Boscolo, the first culinary school founded in Italy, that for over 35 years has offered professional training for future chefs and pastry chefs and further training for existing sector professionals, with around 200 students every year.
GLF products will be available to students during their work at this prestigious school. The courses have always been structured based on the fundamental principles of fine Italian patisserie, such as excellent raw materials and the best professional equipment.
These values are perfectly aligned with those of GLF, who signed this technical sponsorship agreement with two goals: to guarantee high-quality and excellence for students through its own products and to demonstrate to professionals perfecting their art that a premium product is fundamental for top results.
2017 has seen the launch of the first course to become a Healthy Food Chef. For GLF, this represents the perfect stage to present the unique characteristics of Risolì, a top-of-the-range 100% vegetable alternative to butter, born out of a collaboration with master pastry chef Luca Montersino.
GLF will be the exclusive sponsor of the Etoile Academy Campus for chocolate substitutes with its Bahia discs, Rio line spreadable creams and its range of mirror glazes.
