FOREST HEART WITH YOGURT
Ingredients
- YOGO CAKE 1000g
- Water 500g
- CRYSTAL LILLY 400g
- Hydrated berry cream 100g
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients and mix in the planetary mixer for a few minutes at medium speed. Pour the batter into the appropriate mold and, using a piping bag, fill with 15 g of forest fruit cream. Bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes. Decorate as desired.
