  • Kurkuchìa 500g
  • National flour 500g
  • Sugar 450g
  • Crystal melange 25% cream-cake 500g
  • Baking powder 10g
  • Eggs 100g

Preparation

Knead the butter, brown sugar, and eggs until a uniform mixture is obtained. Add the flour and baking powder, mix for a few minutes, then even out the dough by hand. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 24 hours. Use as usual.
