Wild Berry Water-based Cream

For the filling

to taste

Combine all of the ingredients in a mixer for a few minutes at medium speed. Tip the dough into the special mould and use a pastry bag to fill with 15 g of Wild Berry Water-based Cream. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes. Decorate as desired.
