The range of Rio spreadable creams can be used in products for uses both before and after baking. Rio cold application creams have been developed for all pastry preparations which do not require the use of an oven, as well as those for filling after baking, semi-cold preparation, flavouring of creams, preparing ganaches and coatings. Conversely, the range of Rio spreadable creams for hot applications has been developed for pastry recipes which require heat-stable products. All products are free from hydrogenated fat.
